1. election organization and announcement
This election has been called by a motion proposed by Vittorio Bertola, then Chair of the Panel. It was unanimously voted by the Panel.

It has been organized by a mail of the remaining Members of the Panel (Eric Dierker, Jefsey Morfin and Bruce Young) sent to all the Members of our organization on the list indirectly obtained from Vittorio Bertola, after he resigned.
This announcement created a Polling Committee. It is made of these three Panelists and called for Watchdogs.

3. debating and voting periods

Considering the number of candidates and the interest
of a longer debate, also the load imposed on its Members
and on the Watchdogs, the Polling Committee has decided to modify the voting period as follows:

==> Sun May 25 00:00 GMT

Ballots will be e-mailed to the Members, and voting begins.
Each ballot will include an ID code unique to each member.
The list of unique IDs will be provided to the Watchdogs.
Ballots with more than one destinee are discarded.
Ballot replies to atlarge@execlub.org will be forwarded
to a mailbox opened for each watchdog.
Only the first ballot received for each unique
ID code will be counted.

==> Sun Jun 1st 00:00 GMT

Voting ends. Watchdogs will collect and
count the votes, and publish the results on the Discuss list.
The watchdog's list will be posted to the Web site.

4. Organization of the debate

The debate is held on the icannatlarge.org
Discuss mailing list.

To subscribe to the Discuss list, send an
empty e-mail message to: atlarge-discuss-subscribe@lists.fitug.de
